Refund for Digital Products (Comics Strips as PDF)

We offer refunds for digital products within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund for a digital product, please submit a written request using our contact form on the website. In your request, include your order details and the reason for the refund. We will review your request and process the refund if it meets the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • The digital product has not been downloaded or accessed.

Refund for Physical Products (Merchandising Articles)

We offer refunds for physical products (such as t-shirts, mugs, caps, etc.) within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging, including any included accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized or sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons CAN NOT be returned!

Wrong Address If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Return Process

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a physical product for a different size or design, you will need to return the original item for a refund (as per the refund policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
